Administrative Remedies I have vast experience in assisting inmates in the preparation of Administrative Remedies (prison grievances); in particular assistance in appealing the findings of a Disciplinary Hearing Officer (DHO). Many times a DHO will fail to follow the Agency regulations and procedures during the disciplinary hearing and this can be grounds for a new hearing or for having the report overturned. |
