Biography...
Harvey R. Cox is a former Warden with the Federal Bureau of Prisons and a former Warden with two Texas Department of Criminal Justice contracted private prisons; as well as a former Director of a Community Corrections Center. He is an U.S. Army veteran (honorably discharged) and a graduate of North Carolina State University (two degrees).  He has been active, since his retirement from prison administration, in consulting for the past 17 years.
